Sightseeing around Granville road

Kowloon is not just shopping, despite what you might think on Granville Road surrounded by outlet shops! Indeed just around the corner are many interesting sightseeing destinations.

Kowloon Mosque and Islamic Centre - The main and oldest Mosque in Hong Kong this fascinating building is visible on Nathan Road from the entrance to Granville Road. Visitors of any faith are welcome

Hong Kong Museum of History and Hong Kong Science Museum - Located across Chatham Road from the Fashion Street section of Granville Road these two museums are cutting edge examples of what Hong Kong can offer. The Museum of History in particular traces Hong Kong history from Neolithic times through the present, well worth a visit.

Avenue of Stars - On the waterfront of Victoria Harbour the Avenue of Stars celebrates Hong Kong's movie industries. Check out the statue of Bruce Lee, one of Hong Kong's most well known international movie stars.

Kowloon Park - Hong Kong's main city park this large expanse of different types of recreation and cultural space shouldn't be missed. Located just across Nathan Road from Granville Road, entrance beside the Mosque.
